Why we built TrueApplicant
Hiring teams spend too much time on manual checks and too little time talking to the right candidates. Remote hiring increases the need for fast, reliable verification, but traditional background checks happen too late to help with the first interview.
What we do
TrueApplicant is an AI recruiting platform for candidate identity verification. We combine CV analysis, LinkedIn matching, document forensics, and digital footprint signals into a Trust Report with a Risk Score and evidence cards.
We do not make hiring decisions. We provide signals and evidence so your team can decide with confidence.
Early access and pilots
We are in an early stage and working with a small group of teams to validate the product. In a recent pilot, a recruiting team reduced time spent on manual checks by 60 percent while keeping their interview pipeline moving.
